Moby Dick's Pub and Eating Place was founded in Weymouth, Dorset on April Fools Day 2009!

Driven by the desire to recreate the great British institution of Fish and chips by the seaside, it became our challenge to provide just that, for you our customers.

On a recent trip to New England, the birthplace of Moby, we were hugely inspired by all the great seaside eateries and thought why not give Fish and Chips the status it deserves back here in England.

So, we set about to create the best beer batter possible, developed our very own homemade tartare sauce recipe and researched the many types of fish which are perfect for frying.... and so the Moby Menu began.

If you don't fancy Fish and Chips then there is always our great burgers, Steaks and Beach Chicks to choose from.

Moby's even opens for breakfast where you can sample our complimentary smoothie, great coffees and New England breakfast.

Or why not just pop off the beach for a glorious cocktail or Ice Cream Sundae.
